Julia and Chris Frank are the masterminds behind Pointer Ridge Capital. Prior to this, the founded and operated Pointer Ridge Management, a residential property management company where they managed scattered site homes throughout Maryland for 9 years with a staff of six employees and outsourced partners.

Chris has been a single family and small multifamily investor since 2008 learning to evolve during the waves of multiple market cycles. He holds a masters degree in Business and Organizational Management, matriculated in the University of Maryland’s Master of Real Estate Development program, found and operated a residential property management company for 9 years while managing over $300M in residential assets and also own a general contracting company in Maryland. Moreover, Chris served in the Air Force for 20 years gaining a vast array of knowledge and experience in various capacities while managing multiple simultaneous administrative programs and leading over 1,000 subordinates. He is a proven leader and team builder with a keen ability for ingenuity in problem solving.

She managed over 400 single family rental properties and supervised a team of five staff members, overseeing management, leasing and maintenance coordination for over $300M in residential assets under management. Moreover, Julia served in the Air Force for 9 years gaining a vast array of knowledge and experience in various capacities while managing multiple simultaneous administrative programs.
