Each tier earns differently:
"Your REIA" Capital: Earn 0.75% per loan funded. No time? No problem! Earn 0.25% on loans funded by any member of your staff.
Marketing Partnership: Earn 0.25% per loan funded.
Standard Paid Vendor: No revenue potential — PRC pays your annual vendor fee.
Yes. We offer pre-recorded and live virtual training courses and agent access through phone and email to help your staff understand funding options and get approved faster.

Tier 1 offers a monthly fee based option with the highest earning potential.
Tier 2 costs nothing and you join the PRC team as an independant contractor. We'll train and set you up for success.
Tier 3 lets us know that you want us to be just another vendor for your chapter. We'll contact you from the information you provide so we can review your vendor requirements to determine if we're a good fit before making a decision.
You can fund investor type loans without a mortgage license and get started right away on Tier 1 or Tier 2. If you want to fund residential loans to owner occupants, you'll need to obtain an NMLS mortgage license for Tier 1 plans. We have a program to offer reduced cost fees and you'll get reimbursed for you cost once licensed!
