You can also choose the CRM as a stand alone option for real estate sales or property management without lending options.

2. Who is this partnership for?

REIA leaders, real estate mentors, coaches, or groups looking to empower their investors with access to real estate funding — while also creating a new income stream.

3. What are the three partnership tiers?

We offer three flexible partnership options — built to match how involved your REIA wants to be and how you’d like to earn:

PRC becomes a paid vendor for your group like any other vendor. You give visibility at events without any platform or work.

4. Can I upgrade or switch between tiers later?

Yes! You can start with one option and switch anytime. Move up to more control or go hands-free — whatever fits your REIA’s goals.

5. How do I make money from this?

Each tier earns differently:

"Your REIA" Capital: Earn 0.75% per loan funded. No time? No problem! Earn 0.25% on loans funded by any member of your staff.

Marketing Partnership: Earn 0.25% per loan funded.

Standard Paid Vendor: No revenue potential — PRC pays your annual vendor fee.

6. Do you help educate our staff?

Yes. We offer pre-recorded and live virtual training courses and agent access through phone and email to help your staff understand funding options and get approved faster.

7. What do I need to get started?

Simply choose the Tier that's right for you to get started.

Tier 1 offers a monthly fee based option with the highest earning potential.

Tier 2 costs nothing and you join the PRC team as an independant contractor. We'll train and set you up for success.

Tier 3 lets us know that you want us to be just another vendor for your chapter. We'll contact you from the information you provide so we can review your vendor requirements to determine if we're a good fit before making a decision.

8. Can I only fund fix & flip and rental loans?

You can fund investor type loans without a mortgage license and get started right away on Tier 1 or Tier 2. If you want to fund residential loans to owner occupants, you'll need to obtain an NMLS mortgage license for Tier 1 plans. We have a program to offer reduced cost fees and you'll get reimbursed for you cost once licensed!
